Dear friends of The UPS Foundation, I’m thrilled to introduce The UPS Foundation’s quarterly newsletter, which tells you all you need to know about how UPS is enabling social impact in communities around the world.

In this inaugural edition, we reflect on our latest efforts — from delivering logistics services to people impacted by earthquakes in Turkey and Syria, to kicking off Global Volunteer Month and ways you can participate. This work is saving and changing lives, and we’re proud to share these successes with you.

You are integral to our efforts. So, from all of us at The UPS Foundation — thank you for being part of this community. Together, we are delivering what matters by creating a more equitable and just world.”
Nicole “Nikki” Clifton President, Social Impact and The UPS Foundation.

The UPS Foundation’s four focus areas driving social impact are Health and Humanitarian Relief, Equity and Economic Empowerment, Local Community Engagement and Planet Protection. Check out how we’ve recently shown up for our communities in these areas:

Call to Action: Global Volunteer Month is here! And the exciting news is that we’re celebrating for two months — April and May — to be even more inclusive for international employees who participate in holiday observances during April. UPSers can find local volunteer events and track volunteer hours on UPS Community Connections.
